Gee whiz Lisa, you need to get some bigger shoes with weights in them so you don't keep tipping over! What a pain to have to wear a cast, but I guess less trouble than surgery. Hope you get by without that and thank goodness you didn't crack your hip or head or worse.Hi grannyland, spent a very long night at Urgent Care. Sure wish the people that seriously need to go the emergency room would go instead of trying to save a buck. 2 people tied up the Urgent care all night. Only to have an ambulance come get them & take them to the hospital in the end. Spent 3 hours waiting to be seen. Did a stupid clutzy move again & managed to fall & break my left wrist. Exactly the same break I did to my right wrist 3 years ago. Only thing that saved the right hand this time was I was carrying pruning shears. I somehow managed to throw them just as I impacted the ground. Saving me from hitting the ground palm down with it. When I broke the right wrist years ago, I severely sprained the left at the same time. Was very miserable to have a cast on one & splint on other. Very thankful that I didn't cadaver myself with the pruning shears as well.

I fell last week, going down the path and stepped on a nice round rock, so my foot went right out from under me and I landed crunched up on the other. Tweaked my back real good, hand is sore from landing on it, and sore big toe/foot on the leg I fell on. We now have plans to put railroad ties in and make shallow steps on that part of the path. Speaking of all that reminds me I am due for my advil dose... gimp over there and get it now...
