It's a method of cooking in water. Seal the chicken in a ziplock, set the temp, the sous vide does the rest. It's excellent for rare fish and steaks.

Jane, I was buying that once a month and it is so expensive then I found something at TSC called R-47 that does the same thing but once a yr.
DD just cooked and baby ate like he was starved to death.

Im doing much better today, Motrin is helping the pain & the constant throbbing has gotten better

I know their not fond of mine. Just came out of their mouths to their mom. I cant cook. baby ate about 5 scrambled eggs. a grands biscuit and I dont know how many sausage links.
