Granny's gone and done it again

there is some bigger then her too ! They are growing fast . LOL
Rod and I spent quite a bit of time with the herd today (in the pickup) trying mainly to get a good and close look at the spot on Martinika still not sure but leaning towards just a huge patch of burrs. At the moment the only difference we can see on Star and Comet's calves is Star's has a point/bunch of hair in the top middle of his forehead sort of like Alapha (our gang/little rascals) Otherwise they are pretty much identical even down to the horn bud set on their heads. May change their names to ruff and tumble / diz and aster, pete and repeat

Is there something you can do to permanently tell them apart besides branding them ?
