Didn't give him any last time. I read 1mg per lb of weight. So I gave him two pills, 50mg. I'm sure he's over 50lbs, though.

He's better today, putting weight on it. Swelling is down but still noticeable. There's a lump above his "ankle" like last night, but it's more noticeable with the swelling gone down some.

One egg is dead, pipped and cold. The other is pipped malpo. I know ducks take forever, but it's hard to wait.

Snowflake got up to eat so I candled her eggs. One dud, then 5/6 were internally pipped!

So much pain. Hate Aldies. saved a ton of money ? Maybe but just bought a ton more junk. Basket was overfilled for $144.00 I even bought Robert a belated corned beef. It was so heavy I couldnt lift it for $20.00 It was the most expensive thing in the cart of course.

I take it they did not have those big bars of chocolate.

Did I mention had to put a battery in the family car 175.00 minus 18.00 for core charge nearly had to disassemble the car to change it out . All with a whiny kid lol

$175 ??? Holy cow! Is that a 20 yr battery or something?

Moved duck & pool/green sandbox to a different chicken pen. I got pretty dizzy going around & round chasing her. Goat is going in dog kennel for a while at nights cause i'm afraid coyotes might get him. Im gonna tie him out in the garden & around the barn when im home during the day. When he gets the pasture clean enough im gonna repair the electric fence & keep him there. It will be time to get his does then. That's my goat plan. Dh is gonna ship when he comes home next weekend.

was trying to figure out a way to get my roof fixed. Thinking if I get up there I can fix it but cant get back down. Fire dept .= free roof fix ?

Anyone but you! Robert's ne'er do well worker? How about SIL? Tell him they won't let you keep kids in a house that leaks. He owes you anyway. Big time.

Worse than before. I can't imagine he's snake but again, bit I also don't know where he's going. I'm tempted to think ground hornets, but seems like he's have swelling on the face/body also.

Wondering if Jasper isn't going after wasps or snakes on purpose. My sis had a dog that would not leaves bees alone, unhealthy obsession. After the first 3 stings, she was sensitized. Next sting caused anaphylactic shock, my sis had to load the 80 lb dog into the car and race to the vet. Made it in time, but barely.
So maybe Jasper is a snake stomper. My sister's Akita was a bee chomper. I just can't think of anything that would cause that kind of swelling in different legs like that. He could be stomping yellow jackets... in which case it looks like it's getting worse. Do vets give out epipens?

I used to be on valium. worked good for me. calmed me down, helped me sleep and helped the muscle pain. I called them my I dont give a shat pills . I miss those little guys. Once again new dr decided they are no good for me and keeps trying other stuff that I cant take/ dont work..

doctors What's the problem with valium anyway?

I know they are trying to help with the addiction epidemic that is plaguing the country, but they need to be able to help people that have chronic pain too. Seems like it's all going one way and you are the one to suffer.

I've been wanting goat's for awhile. He worries I'll bite off more than I can chew. These are things I've said I wanted to do when I retired so im doing them. He wants to get cows. Big pastures need repair before we can have cows & he needs to be home to help.

Hi everyone I seem to be missing everyone. Hope everyone is doing well. I took my daughter and grandkids up towards Lake Tahoe yesterday. They call it Apple Hill. Lots of different places, fruit stands, wine tasting , some have little rides for the kids. It was fun. But every day away from here I get behind on my work at home.
