Granny's gone and done it again

I've got all night :lau
Well it started out when i lived in TN. I met this Swedish woman named Ellen. She had horses, guineas, polish chickens and some Belgian Sheepdogs. We were friends for quite a while. I used to buy guinea eggs from her and after a while she just gave them to me since she had a lot and didn't hatch many of them. I was ordering chicks from a hatchery and she wanted some. So i ordered them with mine. At that time i got some birds from another friend. Once the chicks had been at my place for a while the birds i bought from the second person died. But i never knew why. In any case, those chicks were half grown by the time she came for them. End of part 1.

This is from the "advocare" cheat sheet. It's super expensive but a friend basically gives us all the supplements. I've lost more than DH.

Sometimes I was eating purple onions 3x a day for the flavor and the "extra" food.
Thanks Camping, thankfully I eat a lot of those veggies, but sadly the garden is coming to the end. Sauteed fresh green beans & purple onion in a little olive oil for dinner yum.

Love humus, but love my steak too. I'm a meat & potato kind of gal. Hence the weight problems. I do love most all veggies & I'm known to eat them first of my plate, but I truly feel like I'm starving when I have a meal without meat.

That's the only way DH is sticking to this new plan. He can have 6 pieces of turkey bacon or 6oz of chicken, pork loin, lean beef, fish, etc. Every three hours. So breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, supper, and a snack before bed if he needs it. No potatoes, though. ;)

I prefer the shakes and protein bars. Sometimes I skip supper and just have a protein bar.
