35 pieces of bacon ?That's the only way DH is sticking to this new plan. He can have 6 pieces of turkey bacon or 6oz of chicken, pork loin, lean beef, fish, etc. Every three hours. So breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, supper, and a snack before bed if he needs it. No potatoes, though.
I prefer the shakes and protein bars. Sometimes I skip supper and just have a protein bar.
