We had a breakthrough yesterday! Crazy Ginger laid her egg in the coop without flying over the fence or having to be locked in.
Pullet eggs sure are small this year. All my other chickens have laid full sized eggs after a week or two. Also, I have not seen an egg from Spike yet!

Ever. We tried when we first got her and the cats kept stalking and attacking her. I took her out last year and she loved it. But had a really bad reaction to grass. It was the scariest moment of my life, I thought she was going to die. So she’s strictly puppy pad trained
