Put shrimp, lettuce, tomato, onion on the po boy bread. Remoulade is like a mayonnaise sauce. I don't like it.

Hope it heals for you Papa. That d@MN diabetes is scary stuff. Watched my dad lose a big toe. Then just before he died the infection came back. They were going to remove his foot. I'm so glad he passed before that happened.
