Went to check Fluttershy's eggs. One dead, one not, so I started peeling the not dead one and got a drop of blood. I put a little antibiotic ointment on the membrane to keep it soft and put it back.

I opened the other, looks like it had an infection? Membrane was brown, but still soft; fluid inside was brown, the color of dried blood. Yolk was absorbed but belly was extremely distended. Had wild type markings in brown, that was probably the chocolate hen I've been dreaming of.

So two lings by morning I hope. And I guess I'll try to splint the other one.

I made a big pot of spaghetti for everyone and had bought some KILL_BAS_A to add and changed my mind. Got my fried cabbage out and added the sausage and can of corn. Yummy

Did anyone else eat the cabbage and sausage or did you get it all to yourself?

Ugh. So unambitious today.

Haha you guys are far too kind.

86° in the house. No wonder I feel so blah!! Sigh. I could relent and turn on the ac but by the time it cooled the house down it'd be cooler outside anyway.
