All 9 chicks have had yolk fully absorbed. I zipped half way & stopped 6 hours ago. Think it's dead. No more pips.

It might be resting .

Jane, My mom made some blackberry jelly 4 yrs or so ago. I opened a jar and it looked and smelled good. I tasted it and it tasted good but now my lips are burning . Did I poison myself ? Water wont wash the burn away

If it's not molded it is safe to eat. Mix it with pb.

Zipped chick is dead. Others had rolled the egg over & beak was on the bottom. Maybe it couldn't get any air. It wasn't shrink wrapped & no blood apparent.
