Have weather alerts today for flash flood warnings until 2pm tomorrow.
Show others warnings for other state as well. They are talking about above normal temps for Cali again because of the Santa Ana winds. Very high temps, high winds & fire danger. I think some of this is in wishing area again @Wishing4Wings I sure hope I'm wrong.

No, thank goodness. We are expecting temps in the low 90s for today and tomorrow, but no wind advisories for us. They are very close to getting the fires contained up here, and high winds could put us back to the beginning. Santa Ana winds are in southern CA and blow out of the deserts of the US and Mexico. The winds that caused our big fires are called Diablo winds... they blow out the the dry, hot central valley of CA, and are not as common as the Santa Anas.
Sure hope you don't have floods!

CA is about 770 miles long. I am up by the 4. San Diego is down at the very bottom, 11, so I am over 500 miles north of the new danger zones.

Prostar is down in the far south and under red flag warnings. I sure hope fires don't start for her!

It's not close. This is a BIG state. 547.9 miles from here to San Diego. You could squeeze 2 Indiana states in between.

My wife is healing well, thanks for asking. It’s raining like a cow peein on a flat rock. My rain gauge shows 5 inches since last night. My back is still giving me a fit . Lauren turns 4 in November and she may have a solid black kitty . Did I mention I’m allergic???

Yeah, he was using his electric one so once his finger came off the trigger the saw stopped. Not sure it is ok, more concerned about him. I can buy a new saw.

Tom is stubborn like that. I have actually done a lot of things to force him into the drs. I threatened to leave him if he didnt go, threatened him w/ bodily harm, Called his kids numerous times.

I had a good dinner and I am paying for it . polish kabasa cut into fried taters, fried apples , sourkrate (sp) and canned biscuits.

He is doing ok, even took a few extra pills. Bbq steak is what he is making for supper. I hope it is not as tough as he is!
