Sounds like you've got something for everyone.
When the fires started here, there was not a hotel room to be had within an hours drive. You would still have a full house if your place was here, in fact, the rooms with kitchens would be taken for the foreseeable future. 6700 homes lost.

The vast majority of people are incredibly caring and giving. Donations are overflowing. But there are always the few rotten apples, news reports of a few insurance scammers and con artists pretending to be with FEMA are trying to steal personal info from fire victims. I guess they ran out of babies to steal candy from. The DA is monitoring for price gouging. It's California... they are doing their best to CONTROL EVERYTHING.
