I can see why it would trip you. It's hard to walk in without a shoe the same height on the other side. But I think it's very comfy! My fracture is in the flat part of my foot, fifth metatarsal if you want to look that up. I can see how a boot would aggravate an ankle.

press the tongue and air blows it up. I bought a pr. of Sketchers that was the same height .
