Heading to town! Meeting my friend the bride to pick up flowers for her bouquets/boutonnières.

I wanted daffodils but they said they would not last long enough. I think they just wanted to make more profit on some other flowers.

Does this look like angel wing? Cow has never had any issues before. He's eating layer pellets so if anything I'd think his protein is too low...? He just turned 1. @BantyChooks

I got a forsythia bush on sale and planted it. The one i had in TN never did well, hoping this one will. Also have tulips and a bunch of other bulbs that need to go in the ground. Maybe tomorrow. I do not want to be out there when it is really cold. Lots of work here to plant them, our soil is clay so i do a lot of digging and adding sand and manure when i plant anything. Always sore the next day, but worth it imo.

I came I caught up and I am going to sit/zone in the sucker chair. Cleaning the coop and moving all the spuds did me in. 7 1/2 bobcat buckets heaped full. The first 7 are in the garden. 4 bales of shavings and 2 bags of stall fresh spread . Stock tanks ready for winter, The last of the garden stuff other then squash which I still need to go thru feed to the 2 yearlings who behaved themselves and stayed put. Loaded a fridge that we had been keeping treats and suck for the yak up into the back of the truck, It (fridge) started to leak and was full of mold. So in am I am off to the recycling center with fridge and dishwasher. Then on to the farm,

Well. No sign of bumble. No feel of heat or swelling either. I’m hoping it’s just a matter of she jumped down funny off the roost or something. I’ll have to keep an eye on the little nugget and if she’s still gimpy Friday she’ll get a spa treatment. (Get home too late to do it after work :/

The mutt had another accident. Sigh. Shes prone to bladder infections but I thought I had blown this one out already. (She responds very well to cranberry supplements believe it or not. Don’t worry - if she does get bad/cranberry doesn’t make an improvement I would bring her into the vet)

Considering dragging out the quilting stuff, i have a gift to make. I love doing it, finding all the stuff makes me nuts. Too many boxes to look in.

im just a little tired. Coated in hair and dust. We might of gotten a forth of the way through in his room. 6 bags of garbage. 2 loads of laundry and 2 more to go. DD said she will TRY to come back tomorrow and do some more.
