I am really happy, at 75% off these were a steal! I also bought a big warty looking pumpkin for $2. So i should have seeds to plant for next year. And a car full of bushes!

well do NOT plant George or Barbara to deep they aren't as vigorous as they used to be.

Just stopped in to say "Hi" to you all. I have had a busy week. Tomorrow hubs is going out of town for the weekend. Naturally I have the grandkids for the weekend, lol. I do miss those little buggers, that is until they wake me up in the middle of the night. Littlest one thinks he needs to be up at 5:30-6:00. He's ready to play and I can't even keep my eyes open. I'm going to call it a night, hope you all have a good night.

I did that about a week ago.

I could still do a small batch of tomato juice, but I'm not going to ~ I am done! Can't even tell you how many cases of canned goods that have run through my kitchen this year. Barely have a jar left, in fact had to buy a number of cases of jars to can everything I did. That was the one rule that went with the canned goods. Make sure you save my jars.

I should have gotten about 8 blueberry plants myself this fall. I have 4 & didn't get 1 berry, dang deer got them all. If I had more it would be worth while to invest in electric fencing to keep the deer out. Not going to do it for 4 plants.

I have been trying an experiment with putting tall dead branches in the wire of my garden fence. Then i string wire between them and tie strips of white fabric to it. No deer tracks in the garden yet. The electric fence is only 4 feet high.
