Well. Today should be interesting. First day back from having the week off with a Sibling visit, and our other main admin isn’t in today, and the minion (boss’ daughter) who was helping out with my stuff while I was gone is also not coming in today (boss lady stuck her on another project)

I was just looking through hatchery sites I can get straight-run silkies for $4 each or a female for $14. Minimum order of 6 regardless of which I choose. Plus $30 shipping.

Or order a bunch of eggs in the spring and have low hatch rates and males.

I just order females unless i want males. Cheaper than feeding them 6 months to wait and see.

I just hate trying to get rid of the males. Like for real, no one wants them even for meat. I have 3 that need to go. The one I can’t catch even at night! Another is a silkie with a straight comb, and the last is Petree which is a tiny a$$hole.
