are you cooking h20? That paleo diet sounds hard !

Very hard but if it lessens my pain it is worth it.
Last year my dog was due to have puppies on thangsgiving day. So I stayed home. I ordered the paleo thanksgiving dinner on paleo to go. It was expensive but I was sad I missed my dinner.

Hot tub of water, soak your feet. I know, you can't get in. Just put the feet in. Sit in a chair outside the tub. You will warm up. Wrap in a blanket and drink hot beverages. Feel better soon!
