Vegan means no meat, fish, eggs, cheese, dairy... nothing that isn't plant derived. If they aren't too strict about it, it's easier. Is DD doing the cooking?

Actually, you could put in onions, peppers, mushrooms and cheese plus sauce , and noodles in layers then just bake it. You could even fix it ahead of time and just heat it up.

no, she wont even eat. She is very sick. Has been for a while. Found out today she didnt start the steroids because she dont have the $$
