I don’t want chicks right now. Maybe in spring. It’s getting too cold and I refuse to have a potential fire out in the coops. These are just slightly younger than mine and don’t need heat. I want babies but I know older ones would be more convenient.

behind the PO there was a dog chained up and all her pups were running in the street. One dead on the road. We just stopped and picked one of them up.

Well i lived in West TN , so it really wasn't that far. I think it was farther when i went to the other side of the state!

vet said it was about 7 weeks old and wormy . No food , no water. I didnt care. I would of dared them to say something. LOL I dont know if anyone was home or not

Wish we could of took them all. She picked the worst looking one she thought needed the medical attention.
