Me too, I baked genuine gingerbread for gingerbread houses yesterday afternoon. On Christmas Eve day we decorate them with the grandkids. Have always wanted to try making it from scratch versus a kit. I have a large church & 3 small house made up for the kiddos. Rod got the heavy cardboard today, so I will be able to get them assembled & ready.
