it's one of my favorite jello salads and I can make that the night before. Served both Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Mom use to make a lime jello salad with cottage cheese and pineapple BUT I can't seem to get that one right

I was going to ask you about this. Sounds pretty good for something with no chocolate.

no problem

I like it because it's not super rich or sweet so sort of a nice break from all the Christmas goodies. I made mint chocolate moose one year spent hours on it only to have certain people dub/call it fluffy pudding :mad: NEVER again :rant:rant
