Granny's gone and done it again

certain people dub/call it fluffy pudding
The first time I ever heard of mousse and it arrived at the table, I was sort of grossed out. Didn't really know what to expected, and it looked something like meat paste, so my mind immediately jumped to Ew, that's ground up moose meat! It was traumatizing to an 8 yr old! I think fluffy jello is a much better name.

I love anything lemon. EXCEPT lemonchello (sp) to much alchol in it for me
I have a little Meyer lemon tree. It is loaded with lemons right now. I am trying to think of something good to make with them. My sister made some sort of lemons preserved in olive oil or something... delicious cooked with fish or on baked chicken. I will have to ask her what is was exactly.
Meyer lemons are really good... much less acid than the typical Eureka lemons... full of flavor.

OH ok then you get a pass. But I would think with the word chocolate in it you would have been on board immediately.

Don't remember chocolate being mentioned, but do remember the word moose and discussion of salmon mousse, so I jumped to moose mousse. Didn't want to eat Bullwinkle!!!
