Speaking of falling, i am really pleased we got rid of those 3 stumps as i was tripping a lot on those. Hubby burned the pile of dead pine wood i dragged out of the woods. Trying to clean up that old stuff.

Glad he got rid of them too. They are horrible for tripping you up.

Im praying I don't either. I have just enough of a slope in front of one of the coops that gets icy & usually sends me @SS over tea kettle

um maybe throw some wood slats or a couple pallets down and sort of create a safer walk way. And you never know the chickens might like a deck in the summer to enjoy the evening on.
