Granny's gone and done it again

Nice birds Cap!
I am not too happy with the polish roos. Their top knots are crappy and one has a neck like a giraffe. Plus their coloring is splotchy. Hoover hatchery. I generally buy from McMurray. But it was late in the year and they were not hatching Polish.

how many people will split the 3 pigs twist?

I am getting a 1/2 and then the other half was my Christmas gift to Robert and Rod. Then Gene and his son?? are going to take the other 2 I think they are planning on doing all sausage. Sigh so 150 to 200 pounds of sausage. Not sure how many helpers or how many of they will actually do anything or stick around for the whole time/session.

better question is how much thin sliced bacon does that = out to ? :drool
BTW Lisa, Love my bacon fat.

LOL I don't mess with trying to do bacon. BUT will be doing the hocks again . In fact I have appropriated all the hocks as my "surcharge" for providing the equipment and butchering center. :D
