I am going to try and cut all the hocks/lower legs the same size this year. Last year was the first time I ever tried doing them

I usually get stuck running the sausage into the casing end no one else can seem to get it right. As in packing the casing so no air pickets and you don't blow out the casing.

I didn't have enough to do today. I didn't get chickens fed. Must feed critters in the am. Still eating leftovers from Sunday.

just did mine Jane, was dark coming in. Sometimes theres just not enough hours in the day.
