I aint gonna lie Twist. them hocks are heaven compared to sausage which is good but this country gal knows what she likes.

I am pretty sure without an autopsy that there is Mereks here. So i guess i will keep these and see how they do. Even if i butchered them all i couldn't get rid of all the dander etc. These were vaccinated, but i lost a lot of my Speckled pullets.
