hahaaa Well, On top of my normal aches and pains I got pasty butt. I have gone poop 7 times today and not only is my ask on fire but I also strained my hernia and its giving me a fit.

wish I could soak in some epsom salts right about now though. I used Toms shower today. So much warmer in there ! But now I smell like selsun blue.
