good morning all. it was -22* at 10 am yesterday and then one of the boilers at church wasn't working right and only 53* inside the church. Priest said he would give an extra long sermon to help warm the place up with 'HOT AIR"

Gene and lois decided to stuff the suausage at their house instead, SO I spent hours cleaning up NO FARKING HELP (THIS WILL CHANGE NEXT YEAR I PROMISE YOU THAT)
Then everything is finally cleaned and put back and meat saw hauled to back building and silly Lois shows back up and want's to borrow my sausage stuffer, my response was 'TUFF SHIT" I asked before everything was cleaned and put away , I mean she couldn't even wash the table the sausage was sitting on with a bucket of hot steaming soapy water sight beside her on the table.

tired I think coffee hasn't kicked in yet. Knee's were killing me yesterday and the cold seem to just soak right into them.

I got the hocks cleaned and in the fridge need to do the brine today. Also cut the cheek meat off the heads which had NOT been skinned. When I went to Mass last night I just left the truck running the entire hour. Then the garage/go to church truck wouldn't start yesterday. We finally got that started after mass I let it run for about an hour before returning it to it's home in the garage.

LOL wasn't my pig and I have enough from last year yet. I do have 30 pounds of ground pork in freezer now so I can make small batches of different sausages if I want. Like potato sausage and such.

So 3 pigs cut up into chops ,roasts , ground for sausage and then the 100 lbs mixed. all on Saturday. I was still cleaning grinder and such well over an hour after they left. Had to order a new saw blade for the meat band saw, so I got 3
