I think the black ones fur lays flatter while the other ones fur sticks up.

Mommy is a Torbie- tabby with tortoiseshell spots - kit on left is classic tabby and one right is like mom with white feet. Her face is tortoise patch of peach colour therefore her name is Peachie. Sister's name Mickety Mack. No need to explain -

well it help's if you "know a guy" this is all done on the killing, gutting, skinning their farm, USDA is NOT involved. Then we go and get the pigs and haul them here for "processing"

All in the fridge. NOW just check on daily for 4 to 6 days before soaking in water to "pull some of the salt out" and then smoke hocks , The Canadian bacon can go either way.
