Yep, bra-less makes yeast infections worse. You need cotton against cotton (know this from personal experience. Eating a sugary diet is also bad for yeast infections. They thrive on sugar. Ok, off my soapbox

well they choke me . Not sure what else to do. Couldnt wear one right now anyway . I put my shirt under there and it stuck . OUCH !
