where are you supposed to measure at ? If its under the breast then I am 54 in. Last time I checked a few yrs ago

Think its the widest part of the breasts. But i have not worn a bra since my surgery. It hurts the scar tissue.

Usually your suppose to measure in the middle of your chest, but things going south make that difficult to be aaccurate. For sports bras I go larger because they shrink
