Never in a million years would I have thought my cards smelled like smoke.

You said once a worker commented about the smell. In HS I took a psychology course through the local community college. The prof smoked a lot and when he passed back our papers they were always really stinky. Maybe he smoked in an office and it was more concentrated? I don’t know, it was just a thing I did without really thinking. I sent a letter to a friend once and he accused me of spraying perfume because it smelled good. I spent days trying to figure out what the smell was. It was probably hand cream. But now I smell letters and cards.

All the trees look like a Christmas card right now because we have been getting so much lake effect snow. Even though it's been bitter cold I've still loved being outside this week because of how beautiful it is.

5 Inches of wet snow caused roofs to collapse here. It's going down to 16* here tonight. I couldn't make it in MI, Lisa.
