I played basketball and tennis, got A's, and mostly kept to myself... biding my time to get the heck out of there!

I remember the skating rink I went to had a sign outside telling the rules all the way up til early 90s said No afros allowed and I asked mom what it mattered what your hair looked like to go skating. She had to explain to me what they meant

Man, on a windy day, I couldn't have gone skating there! Rat bass turds.

We had an athletic association for the girls. I went out for every sport except swimming because i didn't want to miss volleyball and basketball. It was great fun

I have a sister 5 yrs younger. People do double takes when we walk around together. Are you twins? Like we're trying to be cute or something. It's so funny how much they stare, and we don't look identical at all. hahaa.
