Community is a Louisiana coffee, and it’s the best. I really missed it over Christmas.



Like dessert and everything good in life. the package says hints of cinnamon and vanilla. I do not have a refined palate, but I’m working on it. Is kings day when you leave hay out for the camels and the wisemen leave gifts?

I don’t know the history on king cake. I know they’re only sold before Mardi Gras and I like the filled ones best. cream cheese and strawberry is the family fav, but I also like Bavarian cream or cream cheese and pineapple. One year DH swallowed the baby.

Oh my gosh camping that creamer!!!! Love it!!

Does anyone else remember the ikea commercials from years ago....where it was all a couple gettin it on and they knock over a cow creamer....see it laying on the floor and the ikea guy comes on
“You feel sorry for the creamer? That is because you are crazy”

So someone on the book of faces posted about breeds available from Hoover.

I have fallen down the rabbit hole my friends. There may be an order going in later. (For a later time not just yet!)

Is it bad that I kind of want another speckled Sussex but don’t cause then I might be replacing Sparkles? (I may just order one straight run and see how the chips fall...)

h2O I keep forgetting to mention, where we visit in Iowa is near the historic Mormon settlement in Nauvoo, Illinois. We visited many years back when I was pregnant with DD. There’s a neat little village and a Browning gun museum. Dad was talking to the gunsmith/historian and really hit it off. It was a fun little trip, I needs to take the kids back when it’s warmer.

There’s also a gorgeous temple that we pass by on our way through St Louis. I was going to get a picture but we took a different route when we went to the nature reserve instead.

I used to have 2 antique cow creamers but they got misplaced during moves.
