Holy snow cone! Mountains of it! What do elderly or disabled people do? They would be trapped inside!
I am such a weather wimp after 47 yrs out here... where we are complaining of it being chilly because it's foggy.... and 48.

They hire someone, told hubs he was nuts to want to continue maintaining this house in our later years. Told him we needed just a small house with steep steel roofing.
