Can Robert get to his email login acccount?
If so, you usually can put in your selected email, then when it ask for a password he could hit the password help button below the password login. This will normally send an email to the account holder with a link that will allow him to change the password. Praying that someone can get it fixed for him. I feel so bad for you both.

No I get home important it is to him, I mean I don’t understand the password and how you play online with other people. Ect.

H2o, Roberts game is his voice. When we are visiting granny, Robert barely speaks 2 words, but when he is on his game playing he is a whole different person. Listening to him freely having a conversations with his gaming friends is amazing. Sitting in the other room you would never know it's the same person.
