He probably talked Robert through it.
If this unknown person also has the password to the email, that's not so good. After Robert gets his game password, he should change the password for that email so it will be private.

I asked Robert and he got aggravated at me.
Buy Boy if you could of heard me on the phone this am . I did not need to use the word law in any shape or form. Putting my son in the hospital and having to be drugged up because they cant make an exception for a special needs person scared the hell out of them my guess.

And write the password down and the email name!

Have him send YOU an email and tell you the password so you will have a record on your laptop.

My concern as well. I will have to talk to the worker about it though. Im not getting anywhere w/ Robert still. He has been talking to him for years.

Robert just came out to update me . He said so far everything is working and he is waiting for playstation to verify that is his email. I have NO clue what that means

Robert should be kissing your toes, not getting aggravated.
They are probably horrified! Like I said, you just have to get to the right person... someone who has the authority to make the decision. And then they have to contact a person who can actually make the changes. Lot of that stuff is automated. They will probably have to get one of their programmers or IT guys to go in and fix it special.

They send him an email with a question or something, and he emails back the answer so they know they are talking to the right person.
