I tried to make kibbeh for lunch. It didn’t go well.

We went for a walk along our property on the river. Man, my knees hurt and i am tired. It is a pretty long walk. And the last part is all uphill.
I got the truck unloaded, DH helped with the feed. I spray sealed 2 signs i made a while back so they are ready to go.
I want to make a rack for the scrap wood so it will take up less space and i need to make a box to put the mini crock pot in for the rabbit. Plus my rabbit condo project needs work.
Wish i had more energy.

Ok the chicken show was AWESOME. I literally did not want to leave but I had a dog in the car and it is hot here .. it’s like spring. My almond trees are blooming.

Camping, I dont know what that thing was you made but it looked good to me.

Kibbeh. I followed the recipe on the bobs red mill bag (never again) and baked in the oven. I think with a better recipe I’ll try again.

this says lebanese but recipes I seen said arabic. Is that the same ?
