He has sponge kidneys so they just keep making more. Sometimes they are so big they have to break them up and take them out. Terrible things.

Tom had it and the clots got stuck. I rushed him to er and he went straight to the bathroom cause he felt like he had to poop. I got worried and followed him and the security guard came in and I hollered There is a Lady in here ! He said, Ohh Im sorry, Im sorry as he was backing out of the mens restroom Like I had every right to be there and he didnt. hahaaa
