I was doped up and feeling great. I cried when the doc brought him around the curtain, upside down. I said “OH! He’s blonde!”

Granny you got me started down memory lane. He had such long beautiful curls. Always the happiest kid, unless he was furious. DD would gear up toward a mood or meltdown. She was 5 before she ever pitched a fit in public because we could see it coming and talk her through it or distract her. Not bubba. He was one or the other, and 100% of whatever it was. There was no inbetween, no gearing up for anything. He never got just a little cranky or grumpy; he was happy right up until he melted down.

Yep. DD was an emergency c-section and my ob didn’t recommend vbac (vaginal birth after cesarean). So he was scheduled and I got to stay awake. I was put under for DD.

No my mom died and we buried her. Then a few years later my nephews firstborn died. They opened up her grave and put the babies casket on top.
