What do you call a coffee break when you don't drink coffee? That's what I'm having right now... a break. There might be a little chocolate involved, though.


It isn't better for you though. Stress can build up and affect your health. Talking with a neutral or sympathetic ear can really help... makes you feel less isolated, acts as a reality check, and can be a great sounding board for ideas on how to change the unwanted things around you. We all here have sympathetic ears. Licensed MFT (marriage/family therapist- way better than a doctor) would be a good neutral, but supportive ear. Sometimes we get stuck in old habits that don't help our situation, and a therapist can help with that. Look for reviews online.
