Me too, i went to the swap at TSC today hoping to find quail but no luck. If i can't find them by next month i will try ordering eggs.
Back in a bit, gotta go close up for the night.

Night crate for charger is done. Built from 4 crates. 4x4 feet. Pushed up against goat pen. It's temporary but allows me to separate him from penny while she drops the kid/kids. She has no discharge yet. Can later use the crate to put a roo in or even a breeding trio in. I can cover it with hardware cloth.

I think you have a wait on her Jane. at least every one I have seen are 2xs that size. Did you hear from the bank ?

Hubby said he smelled a fox this morning, While he was in bed.....so he smelled it through the walls!!!
I swear, he is half bloodhound!

Were you wearing a perfume he may have picked up on? He may have been referring to a foxy lady.

That is cheap, mostly i see them for $6 and up. Idk how i am going to figure out if the guineas lay. They run all over the farm all day!

I kept them locked up during laying season til they all laid for the day. If you dont you will loose them when they go broody
