Maybe a big coon? Not sure what could drag off full-sized ducks with no trace. Those are literally the only feathers anywhere.

Soon as I posted that I needed to get outside before the rain, guess what! Yup, but just a drizzle. Got everything done and was just finishing up, put the last load of wood in the garage, and guess what. Yup, quit raining.
Guess I shouldn't expect anything different. Lane I get in on the freeway always slows down. The line I get in at the store always gets slow, someone writes a check or returns something or they forgot something... I have met some very nice people waiting in line. I am never in a hurry driving or shopping because it's just tempting fate. I don't mind the rain either, but really?? Stop the moment I toss the last log in the box? oy
