Thanks for this, Misty. I have been doing the stretches, and it's already helping. I used to stretch out my hands and wrists all the time. Not sure why I quit.

honestly I sort of see pit in the face and the ears BUT haven't been around many of them. Especially in the first of the "action" shots.

I see EVERYTHING. She hasn’t bothered the chickens but she likes to follow the ducks around and sit or lay down. Very collie/shepherd like. I have pics hold on.

Aww you're to legit to quit I fine the exercises helpful, also a tension ball is useful.
