Wishing, I didnt have any onion but if I had, I would of started out frying it in a little bacon grease, the diced 3 lbs of potatoes, add a box of chicken broth and let it come to a boil for about 5 mins then added frozen broc. after those 2 things are tender add diced ham and about 4 slices american cheese soon as the cheese is melted I add one can condensed milk and turn it off. salt , pepper, parsley and sometimes I open Roberts chicken flavored ramen noodles and use that season pack out of it.
