Granny's gone and done it again

I will be making a big batch of hot pickled eggs at the end of the week. SIL loves Siaracha so I will be making this batch 50% LA hot sauce & 50% Siaracha blend. Wish my egg rack would ship before I make this batch. The little rack that came with my Instant Pot only holds 5-6 eggs depending on the egg size. The rack I ordered last night will hold a dozen eggs.
That sounds awesome. How big is your instant pot?

Alley, your chrome domes are so stinkin' cute. Do you have more of those eggs in the bator cooking?

Camping, how are your little seedlings doing? Did you plant the first batch or are you waiting? Love those picture of Josie that you shared on FB. Congrats on going on 12 years with hubby. My hubby & I will be on 34 the end of June. In this day & age it's a big deal if a couple makes it past the first year.

They’re growing well! A few peppers finally came up, and I bought a replacement pack of seeds today for the rest. Nothing in the ground yet, I keep getting sidetracked. I could do the bed at the farm but I think the southwest bed (right if facing the coop) will get more light so I want to put the corn there. The lady who helped me plant seeds did the kale even though I asked her not to, not sure I can even transplant that?

Mammoth sugar peas are the biggest so far, with “muncher” cucumber right behind. I bought four pots today to put at the farm for herbs and marigolds.

My seedlings are doing ok, struggling to keep them from getting leggy, but the lighting on my sun porch is sketchy anymore. The pine trees outside are shading it more than what it was a couple years ago. I have to move them around the room numerous times of day to try to get sun on them all. I won't be planting seeds next spring unless we have figured out an affordable heat source for the green house. I'm waiting on a snow bank to melt so I can load up all the trays & drive them over to the green house & drive them back to the house at night. Tried carrying them one day, but just too time consuming.
