not sure what to say about that any relieve no matter for how short a time must be a blessing.

Watching Penance as she is awake and trying to chomp someone, anyone else awake to play with. We may have to have "nice puppy lessons" if she doesn't behave

It was like my very first pair of glasses Twist then looking outside. You just stand there for a min. with your jaw hanging open. So thats what it feels like , wow . I can imagine my whole body feeling like that.

He said its not the spurs causing the pain but looks like chronic tendinitis .

Will a course of treatment with the cortisol eventually cure the tendonitis? Stretching exercises might help as well.

He went into the bursa in my hip and I could feel it POP . 3 times . That hurts worse.

The dr spent a very long time with me and offered PT. I did tell him I would rather research the correct exercises and do it from home if possible. Difference between tendinitis and chronic T. Not sure what that is yet.

a while back that was happening. I made a post about it and all I got was explanations of How I was doing everything wrong. Lisa said it was mucked up.
