Raptor is still alive. Yesterday afternoon his crop was empty. Today it’s squishy feeling. They knocked the feeder over again so I gave them pellets and put vitamins in their water. I sat him in front of the bowl and he drank a lot.

It was a roo. I dont have a clue why . just gone. Maybe they cant function without a brain..

SOOO !!!!!!! I went out and fed and watered the chickens. The whole shebang Big waters too. I got 2 whole eggs and one of those were round and white. Found a dead tolbunt in the coop. No clue . was fine yesterday . I now have 3 roos and 4 hens. Cooked a big dinner , came in to all the dishes still in the sink. Washed them except silverwear. And now its coffee and headache time. sugar 168.

Well, so much for staying off your feet.
Too bad about the Tolbunt... never have been very hardy birds. How was the weight on the dead one? Had it been getting any food?

they all ate including worker and didnt do a thing toward clean up. Ham was very good ! so tender and sweet. Tasted good on my $7.00 rolls . haha

I didnt go feeling around on it but it was heavy. Actually heavier then I expected or my back hurting IDK.
My head is pounding but Im done with that mess. Its just a little skin right ?
