Im sorry Cap, I'm right there with you. These new med changes that doc did only managed to put more weight on. Now I will have to go thru the process of getting off them & back to the old meds. They weren't great, but they didn't put the extra pounds on like these.

Yeah, i am on steroids for a week and that always makes you want to eat.

Good morning all. Not much sleep last night... another day of twitchy eye. I will try the melatonin tonight for sure. Luckily hubs has taken a day off, so he can run errands with me... I shouldn't be behind the wheel. yawn
Anyway, will be headed out as soon as I finish this one little post.

Another day....I have so much paperwork calling my name at the office...

400+ posts behind. This will be the 4th time I've skipped ahead recently so if I say something goofy just overlook me.
Put 10 polish & 2 silky eggs under an EE broody hen yesterday. GD & me covered 24 mator plants, some peppers, squash & cukes because it went down to 41* last night but no frost thankfully. Gonna plant 16 more mator plants today. Time to transplant by signs of the moon. Wormed penny & Honey horse also. Georgia collards & potatoes have come up. 15 eggs gathered yesterday.

Sounds like you are getting a lot done. Hope the kids are doing good. Love to see a new picture!

Im ok thanks for asking ! I feel really bad about the first 5. I sure didnt want them in the house and thought 2 lights and nothing can get to them so it was safe. I should of know better. the brooder was /is too big.

Good morning. I did too much shopping online last night. I did order a market umbrella that will arrive next week.

gravel floor goes outside ang about 10 in deep at least. Digging will flood that area til the gravel just slides back in the holes .

If you had a board you could lay over the gravel that the door could just clear... stop the digging, but it would be a project.

Is today the day ??

It can be I guess. Picture it, I was 17 & a hot little number in a little pencil skirt. Mind you, this was attire that our boss at the restaurant had as a uniform. The restaurant itself is in a very fast paced, quick turnover breakfast/lunch place in a resort area. Us gals had mentioned to the boss that we thought the skirts were going to be a little restrictive for our fast paced days. Didn't make a difference to them, that's what they wanted us to wear. It was at the end of the day & a time where the wait staff had to restock everything. I had headed out to the walkin cooler to get supplies. When I got out there, I realized our dairy delivery guy must have been running behind on his deliveries because the walkin was full of milk crates with product that normally would be put away by the dish washer earlier in the day. Naturally everything I needed was at the back of the cooler and that there milk crates stacked 3 high in front of all of it. I had been up since 4 a.m. I was very ready for my day to be over with. So I do the only thing possible to do, mind you I am only 5'2". I put my hands on my hips & started inching my skirt up. Once I had the skirt up to my waist I straddled the milk crate & with a empty milk crate in my hands to load supplies I proceeded to get my needed supplies. Of course, unbeknownst to me, the dairy delivery guy was not done with his delivery. That guy got the sight of his life that day, he was so embarrassed that he slammed the door & headed for his truck. Still makes me laugh today
