This manure was at the bottom of a huge pile , and looks really rich. Going to be a great addition to that clay soil we have.

We've had a few good ones but the realtors are so lazy, to much lip service. We had 1 realtor tell us to call the owner, house was for sale by owner but realtor would assist. She didn't want to do a thing So now we wait

Im sorry, that's very unprofessional of them. Guess they aren't wanting to make a commission on a sale if they find you a house. The for sale by owner I understand, they wouldn't make a commission or anything, but they should be busting a hump to find you a home that they can earn a commission on.

Did I scare everyone away? @campingshaws how are your seedings doing? I'm really frustrated with mine. I have a batch of 11 tomato plants that look nice, but I have a tray of pepper plants & a tray of tomato plants that just aren't doing anything. No growth, nothing & they were planted only a week & a half later than the others. I am stumped, have never experienced this before.

I had a lot of seeds that didn't germinate. And my "pepper" seeds grew into tomato plants!
